in living hall (personally can't really tell the apparent difference :P).

Never have to worry about elevator broken-down. That's the idea...
How about privacy wise?
>> hmm...This unit is of Block A.
It's utmost important to people like myself too.
No like other Blocks,
they are either facing DIRECTLY swimming pool or play ground.
Very Hot for lower floor?
>> Looks, even the ground floor unit is actually 6th floor and
the wind-shield factor is not much different from higher floor.
Furthermore there is no other highrise within the close distance.
2ndly, the unit is neither affected by sunrise or sunset.
Go experience yourself during morning time or evening...
Sorry to say that Block C is the one that "kena gao gao"...
That's called Hot, lower floor of Block A is incomparable...Again never just take what you heard from "people" talking...
